Remote Perfumery Workshop

During this much-requested remote workshop, hosted by Tigerlily Perfumery and the Ministry of Scent, students will explore the foundations of mixed-media perfume creation.

Topics include:

  • fragrance structure

  • fragrance families

  • origins of materials

  • materials sourcing

  • sustainability in perfumery

  • intentional fragrance creation for well-being.

Students will leave the class with an understanding of the differences between perfume mediums, fragrance materials, scent ideation and evaluation, and sustainable sourcing of materials. After discussing and experiencing natural and human-made materials from our custom perfumery workbench, students will each design a custom fragrance under Mauricio’s guidance.

Tickets include a Perfumery Kit with 20 curated fragrance ingredients, paper test strips, 1 beaker and 1 glass rollerball perfume bottle for use during the workshop and beyond. These professional-grade materials are everything you need to experiment and blend at home — create the perfect gift for the holidays, or just for you.

Extra perfume rollerball bottles are available, sold separately. Kits and a Zoom link will be sent one week prior to the workshop date.
